Example 1

To determine and draw internal force diagrams.
Example 14

In the diagram shown, express the bending moment \(\mathrm{M}_{\mathrm{g}}(x)\) along the segment \(\mathrm{BA}(\mathrm{L} \geq\) \(x \geq 3 \mathrm{~L}\) ) as a third-degree polynomial function of the independent variable \(x\). Assume \(\mathrm{M}=4500[\mathrm{kNm}], \mathrm{R}=450[\mathrm{kN}]\). Additionally, determine the location and value of the extremum of the bending moment in the AB interval. Use the following values: distributed load \(q=10\left[\frac{\mathrm{kN}}{\mathrm{m}}\right]\) and length \(\mathrm{L}=10[\mathrm{~m}]\).
